As a person who has worked in the healthcare and business industry for almost 30 years, I have seen how important it is for companies to keep their cash flow moving. I have a bachelor’s degree in business management and am finishing a master’s degree in technology innovation. I have worked most of my career in the revenue cycle industry and have seen many companies experience financial hardship or go out of business unnecessarily for avoidable reasons. Most of the time it is simply a lack of attention to the most basic of business needs: Cashflow!
