Hello, my name is Teressa and Tom
Tom, my husband, and I joined TSI as sales agents in 2004. We have built a diverse national client base over the years with our primary focus today on healthcare and financial institution clients. We work very closely with our clients to make sure they get the most out of our services. For many of our clients we provide collection tips to their business office staff on how to talk to consumers/patients when asking for money. We review examples of scripts and payment polices that empower the staff. Our clients typically see two to three times the recovery rate of traditional collections.
